Members of the Dallas Area gathered on Saturday, June 6th for a Day of Reflection at the Montserrat Jesuit Retreat House, a setting that offered a quiet and prayerful environment for the day.
Led by chaplain Fr. Tom Cloherty, who served as retreat master, the program centered on the words of Christ at the Last Supper: “As I have done, so must you do.” This theme invited participants to reflect more deeply on Christian service, humility, and their vocation within the Order of Malta.

The day included two conferences, Holy Mass, time for meditation, and opportunities for personal reflection. Together, these moments created a structured yet prayerful rhythm that allowed attendees to step away from daily responsibilities and enter more fully into the spirit of the retreat.
Participants also shared in fellowship over a light breakfast and lunch, contributing to a welcoming and collegial atmosphere throughout the day. Special thanks were extended to Fr. Tom for his leadership and to Greg Humenesky for generously providing breakfast.
The gathering was a meaningful opportunity for members to renew their commitment to service to the sick and the poor while growing in faith alongside one another.
