On Wednesday, August 19, members of the NYC Area, the Auxiliary, and friends gathered in the lower chapel of St. Patrick’s Cathedral for a private Mass before participating in Malta Walks.

Following Mass, the group recited the Order’s Daily Prayer together in the Cathedral’s prayer room before assembling 50 Malta Walks bags filled with Bombas socks, toiletries, granola bars, vitamin C drink pouches, sanitizing wipes, sandwiches, and bananas.

Volunteers then divided into two teams and set out along Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue, distributing the bags to those in need throughout Midtown Manhattan. After the walk, participants gathered at a nearby pub to enjoy fellowship and conversation, reflecting on an evening of prayer, service, and community.
