A lovely reception of refreshments and fellowship followed for all after the Mass and the Anointing.
On February 11th, the Connecticut Area hosted a second World Day of Prayer for the sick and Celebration of Our Lady of Lourdes at Blessed Sacrament Parish in Bridgeport, CT. Accompanied by Blessed Sacrament’s Gospel choir, the Mass and Anointing were a joyous and loving celebration of the miraculous wonders of our Lord.
A luncheon was held for all immediately following the Mass. Members of the Order of Malta prepared and served the Parishioners of Blessed Sacrament and were sure to supply lots of extra food for parishioners to take home and share with family who could not make it.
