Green Bay Area Celebrates World Day of the Poor

12/03/2018

Members of the Green Bay Area helped the St. Gianna Clinic celebrate its 50th Anniversary Celebration of Humanae Vitae. Bishop David Ricken, our Area Chaplain, began the evening by celebrating Mass, which was concelebrated by Fr. John Girotti, our Area Deputy Chaplain. Area volunteers contacted parishes to create awareness of the event and provided hospitality to attendees. St. Gianna Clinic provides the highest quality, faithful Catholic medical care from conception to natural death to all who need their services.

Those in the Area also participated in the diocesan Jubilee Mass for the Homeless. Bishop David Ricken, our Area Chaplain, began the evening by celebrating Mass, which was concelebrated by Fr. John Girotti, our Area Deputy Chaplain. Area volunteers participated in the Mass and attended the reception where a dinner was served to all following Mass. Area volunteers enjoyed fellowship with the homeless, shelter staff, and other attendees.
