On Sunday, March 13th, the New Jersey Area’s Auxiliary members sponsored a collaborative effort with the “New Brunswick Homeless Helpers,” a group of university students and young adults who collect donations for homeless people in the New Brunswick area.

Meeting at the Catholic Center at Rutgers New Brunswick, they assisted in assembling thirty care packages, which included granola bars, water, hats, hand warmers, and toiletries, which were later distributed throughout the area.

Other members of New Jersey Area supported this effort with donations of food and personal care products.
