On Saturday, February 11, members of the New Jersey Area gathered at the Parish of St. Luke in Long Valley to celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and the World Day of the Sick.

Fr. Owen Moran, ChM, led a discussion titled, “How We Live the Miracle of Lourdes Every Day” and later provided an opportunity for Confessions to everyone present. Fr. Moran, together with Area Chaplains Msgr. William Fadrowski and Msgr. Sylvester Cronin, and Fr. Alex Nevitt, a priest of the Diocese of Paterson, concelebrated Mass to conclude the day’s events.

This was a wonderful opportunity for all to dedicate a half day of meditation and devotion to the Mother of Christ, and was particularly important for members who are unable to attend the upcoming Lourdes pilgrimage.
