Connecticut Area Shares the Love in Honor of Valentine’s Day

02/23/2023

Self-sacrifice is the truest expression of love and members of the Connecticut Area surprised survivors of human trafficking during their work day at the Partnership to End Human Trafficking’s PEHT SHOP on Valentine’s Day.

Volunteers showered the women with smiles, encouragement, treats, cards, and flowers, letting them all know that they are indeed valued and loved.  This joyful occasion was followed by “Two Knights and a Truck”, sharing their Valentine’s cheer while delivering and installing a washing machine for a survivor who was recently relocated to her own safe home through the efforts of PEHT.

There is no doubt that St. Valentine looked with love on these volunteers as their actions flowed from a Christ-filled heart!
