It is hard to believe that only three weeks ago, many of us were stepping onto the charter plane and into the American Association’s first Pilgrimage to Lourdes in four years. Daily Masses, processions to the Sanctuary, and moments of prayer filled our days as we shepherded our beloved Malades and their Caregivers throughout this holy place. Lourdes never fails to surpass our lofty expectations.

As we pilgrims continue to readjust to life “back home”, our memories of Lourdes linger on. In the video below, our Principal Chaplain Timothy Cardinal Dolan shares his sentiments on attending this year’s Pilgrimage and why this hallmark event is such an integral piece of the Order of Malta’s legacy.
