On Wednesday December 20th, NYC Area Members, Auxiliary and friends participated in a Malta Walks in midtown Manhattan, distributing food and winter clothing to the homeless and less fortunate.  Our volunteers met at the St Patrick’s Cathedral Parish House, where they made sandwiches and assembled bags which also included fruit and winter hats, gloves and socks.The group then headed out in teams to distribute the bags to the needy. Afterwards, the group met at a local pub for Christmas cheer and fellowship. NYC Malta Walks take place on the third Wednesday of each month.
