On December 18th, the MN Area held a fundraiser for Holy Family Hospital to raise funds to inaugurate a “Special Crisis Fund” to bring hope and care for the most fragile women and babies in need given the war in the holy land. Holy Family Hospital is about 70km from the current war which has made delivery of care increasingly difficult.  Ambassador Michele-Burke Bowe, GCM, President of Holy Family Hospital Foundation and Ambassador to Palestine, gave a presentation on Holy Family Hospital and discussed the current challenges the war is presenting when trying to provide care to the most in need women and babies.
