On Saturday, April 5th, Knights and Dames gathered for Holy Mass and our monthly meeting and service project. Many members of the Philadelphia Area gathered for Saturday Salve Mass in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Philadelphia. Father Justin Freeman, O. de M., parochial vicar ,was the principal celebrant, and Father Matthew Phelan, O. de M., pastor, concelebrated.

After Holy Mass, we gathered at Ivy Hall, shared a quick bite, and held a short meeting to discuss many topics. Participants in the upcoming Lourdes Pilgrimage talked about plans, our leadership talked about the forthcoming Lenten day of reflection, and other members shared the passport for local Holy Year pilgrimage sites in the greater Philadelphia Area, plus other upcoming events for the Philadelphia Area Order of Malta, and future planned celebrations on the current schedule.

Then after praying together, we once again put on gloves and aprons, and assembled delectable meals for distribution to shut-ins.
