On the second Saturday of July, Knights and Dames in the Pennsylvania – Philadelphia Area gathered for our monthly Saturday Salve Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, with Father Justin Freeman, O. de M., parochial vicar of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Overbrook, as celebrant. Father Matthew Phelan, O de M., pastor, concelebrated.

After Holy Mass, Knights, Dames, and guests shared breakfast at Ivy Hall, home of the International Institute for Culture, and we briefly discussed upcoming business and coming events for August, including meal preparation and the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and other Fall events on the calendar. Then we prayed together again, and assembled meals for shut-ins and those in need.
