The South West Connecticut Area proudly launched Heart to Table in partnership with Malta House. On Thursday, September 4th, the inaugural Taco Thursday brought together volunteers, Malta House moms, babies, and staff for an evening of good food, conversation, and community.

The event was organized by a dedicated committee led by Anne Gagnon, Patti Smith, Pam Pagnoni, and Mary Rooney. Their teamwork ensured a welcoming and memorable experience for all. Moms, babies and staff of Malta House shared that the meal fostered belonging and normalcy, and the tacos were delicious! Leftovers were enjoyed by many, extending the impact of the night.

A big thank-you to the generous donors who purchased the supplies for this ministry. Your support made Taco Thursday possible and directly nourished families in need. Thanks also to everyone who contributed to the success of this kickoff.
