On Thursday, November 13, thirty Knights, Dames, Chaplains, and special guests gathered at the Frick Collection before opening hours for a private tour of forty sacred objects from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Eminent Italian Renaissance scholar Giulio Dalvit, PhD, led the group, expertly lecturing and responding to questions. The exquisite objects will eventually be housed in the new Terra Sanctua Museum, now under construction in the Old City of Jerusalem. Thank you to event co-chairs, Michael Espiritu, MD, KM, and Marlene O’Brien, DM, for coordinating this exciting tour during such a special weekend for the Order of Malta, American Association.
