The fantastic dozen‑member crew from the Connecticut – North East Area was delighted to prepare a warm and hearty New Year’s dinner at the New London Community Meal Center on December 28th. (A few volunteers missed the photo opportunity while attending to other duties!)

A delicious meal—including mixed salad, fresh greens and vegetables, buns, Shepherd’s pie, pumpkin pie, fruit, and beverages—was served to 125 clients, as well as a dozen guests from the downtown shelter.

Both the diners and the center staff expressed deep appreciation for the kindness, hospitality, and good wishes shared by the Order of Malta crews throughout the year.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to both the former and new American Association staff for their steadfast support, and to all Area leaders and members. Wishing everyone a blessed and joyful 2026 from the chilly CT North East Area!
