Members, candidates, and family of the Southeast Florida Area gathered for a day at the St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach.

Beginning with a morning reflection, Deputy Chaplain and Rector of the Seminary, Father Alfredo Hernández, presented In Illo Uno Unum — In the One Christ We are One — What does Pope Leo’s motto mean for us?

Following the presentation, all attended a special Mass celebrating the 60th anniversary of the dedication of St. Vincent Chapel. Bishop Gregg M. Caggianelli, Auxiliary Bishop for the Archdiocese of Military Services, was the celebrant.

Surrounded by young seminarians, clergy, and sisters, the service was wonderful and inspiring.

After Mass, an enjoyable and delicious brunch was served in the refectory, where the group had time to relax and mingle.

The day ended with Fr. Alfredo taking newcomers on a tour of the beautiful campus.
