On the first Saturday of the new year, members of the Philadelphia Area gathered for the Saturday Salve Mass in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Philadelphia. Father Justin Beerman, O. de M., served as the celebrant.

After Mass, we shared a quick breakfast and held a brief business meeting to discuss upcoming events and introduce new ideas for the year ahead. We then prayed together, including the new service prayer, the prayer of our Order, and petitions for special intentions.

With hearts centered in prayer, we donned our aprons and set to work doing the Lord’s service—assembling delicious meals for shut‑ins. Several Knights and Dames personally delivered the meals to the homebound, who remain deeply grateful for this monthly expression of care and companionship.
