On Sunday, March 22nd, members of the New Jersey Area attended the Annual International Day of the Unborn Child Mass and Procession at Queen of Peace Church in North Arlington, NJ. Knights, Dames, and Affiliates from the Area joined Council #3428 Knights of Columbus and local parishioners to unite in prayer and celebrate the sanctity of life during a special liturgy led by Fr. John J. Palladino.

After the Mass, Fr. Jose Muralles, Parochial Vicar, led a Eucharistic Exposition and Rosary Procession to Holy Cross Cemetery. At the Monument of the Unborn Child, everyone joined in reciting a memorial prayer, Celebrate the Gospel of Life, led by the Knights of Columbus. The group then enjoyed a light lunch back at the Lasalle Parish Center, hosted by the Knights of Columbus.
The event included KofC recognition and check presentations to several pro-life organizations within the Newark Archdiocese. This long-standing annual tradition at Queen of Peace Church began years ago when Msgr. William Fadrowski, ChM, was its pastor.
