Administrative Support to St. Gianna Clinic

Members assist the clinic staff with back office administrative support for the St. Gianna Clinic, a non-profit clinic with a mission to provide the highest quality, faithfully Catholic medical care from conception to natural death, while cultivating a deeper understanding of the Church’s scientific, medical and moral ethics.

The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help

Each year since 2016, Knights, Dames, and Auxiliary offer pilgrims unable to journey to Lourdes an opportunity to visit the site of the Blessed Mother’s American apparition at The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help. Participants receive the sacraments and join in prayer and spiritual growth. This 3-day pilgrimage includes a daily Mass, Reconciliation, Rosary, Anointing Mass, Adoration and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, and Benediction. This Pilgrimage is jointly sponsored by the American and Federal Associations in August of each year. Click here for more information. Members also work towards the continued preservation of the beauty and environment of the Shrine, Apparition Chapel and Apparition Oratory which entails cleaning the walls, ceiling, floor, and windows, as well as dusting and polishing pews, statues, and all furnishings. Additionally, local members provide hospitality to the Shrine’s visitors during prayer services, Masses, and special events.

Salvatorian Mission Warehouse

The Salvatorian Mission Center receives cases of donated food, medical supplies, paper products and clothes from U.S. companies. Six Knights, Dames, and Auxiliary repackage goods for shipment to foreign missions. These goods are repackaged in family-size boxes that are loaded onto a semi trailer for a weekly shipment on a container ship to foreign missions in third-world countries.

Spiritual Bouquet

In carrying out our Order of Malta commitment to helping the sick, we invite our Knights and Dames to join the effort to gather and combine our prayers into a “spiritual bouquet” for others in
our Order’s family who are facing serious illness. Once we have gathered the bouquet of novenas for each of these suffering people, we send the bouquet to them assuring the spiritual help of our
local Green Bay Area of the Order of Malta in dealing with their serious medical condition.
