| Description |
Coordinate Catholic Prison Ministry activities at the Naples Jail for male and female inmates. Men total +/- 35-40 per week, women fewer than 10. We serve the women on Tuesday and the men on Wednesday. We also coordinate the provision of Bibles and other devotional materials and spiritual support from the American Association for inmates throughout the Diocese of Venice. |

We hold prayer services, give out communion and hand out weekly prayers that encourage reading of the Bible daily. The time commitment is three hours per week (1 hour of volunteer coordination, 1 hour of preparation and 1 hour of face time with the inmates). Our coordinator for the distribution of SMOM materials in the rest of the diocese spends an hour per quarter on those activities. |
