The Baby Steps Camino™️ has been invited to participate in a special delegation from the Diocese of St. Augustine to travel to Spain to join the Alliance of Cathedrals for the advancement of the Camino de Santiago in the United States. In joining this alliance, the Cathedral Basilica will become an official starting point of the Camino in the United States.

The delegation will meet in Córdoba for the blessing of a newly created sculpture of St. James the Greater. Following this special liturgy, we will travel to other cities along the Camino, culminating in the commending of the sculpture by the Canons of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, before bringing it to its ultimate destination at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine.

We are so honored to be a part of this delegation and want to assure all of our pilgrims that we bring you with us on this pilgrimage and will pray for you along “The Way.”
