Members in the Northeast Florida Area joined a pilgrimage procession for the Feast of St. James on Thursday, July 25th in St. Augustine, Florida. Knights, Dames, Associates and Volunteers served as marshals for the event, guiding the procession through the streets of the old city to the cathedral.

Bishop Eric Pohlmeier led the procession and offered Holy Mass in the Cathedral at the conclusion. This annual event is an outgrowth of the new Alliance of Cathedrals under the auspices of which the Order of Malta American Association’s Baby Steps Camino is now an official part of the famous Camino de Santiago de Compostela in Spain.
