On the 15th of August, members from the Philadelphia Area attended the Solemn High Mass of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, Philadelphia. Father Robert C. Pasley, KCHS, rector of Mater Ecclesiae Roman Catholic Church, (Berlin, NJ,) and chaplain of the Church Music Association of America, was the celebrant, with the assistance of Father Christopher Eichman, FSSP, Saint Mary Catholic Church, (Conshohocken, PA,).

Schubert’s Mass No 4 in C Major was led by choir and orchestra, and members from the Order of Malta were joined by Knights of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, and the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George. We pray that many graces from Our Heavenly Father be bestowed upon those who celebrate this ancient and solemn feast of Our Lady.
