Philadelphia Area Knights and Dames were gladsome to gather once again for our monthly first Saturday. While we missed and prayed for our brothers and sisters on pilgrimage in Lourdes, we kept all in our prayers. We started our morning with the Saturday Salve Mass in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Overbrook, Philadelphia, where pastor Fr. Michael Phelan, O. de M., presided.

After the conclusion of Holy Mass, we enjoyed a delicious brunch and much conviviality at the International Institute of Culture at Ivy Hall, with so many topics to discuss. Finally, we concluded our discussions with prayer, and moved on to the focus of our morning, preparing meals for those in need. After cleaning up, some Knights and Dames delivered meals to shut ins, many of whom appreciate the visits as much as the meals!
