On Tuesday, June 24th, the Connecticut – South West Area gathered for a beautiful Mass honoring our patron saint, St. John the Baptist. Bishop Frank Caggiano celebrated the Mass with Fr. Ian Jerimiah serving as the concelebrant. We were also blessed with the presence of Deacon Jack Shea, who proclaimed the Gospel, and the uplifting music provided by Mac Cooney enriched the liturgical experience.
This Mass also served as a meaningful reunion for our Lourdes malades and their caregivers, who assisted with the readings. Following the Mass, our 2025 Year of Formation Class hosted a fantastic reception with awesome community spirit as we come together to serve our Malades from this year’s pilgrimage. Thank you Maureen Considine and Erika Morro for your coordination of this beautiful celebration, and thank you Class of 2025 for all that you did to make the day special.
