On Wednesday, June 3, the Order of Malta’s Boston Area was privileged to take part in the rededication and blessing of a 40-foot cross that once stood atop the former Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. The cross has been relocated to the campus of Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services in Lawrence, MA.

Originally moved in January and carefully refurbished through the efforts of the Mary Immaculate Guild, the cross was blessed and rededicated by the Most Rev. Robert F. Hennessey, Auxiliary Bishop of Boston.
