Mass for the World Day of the Sick will be celebrated by Father Tom LaFreniere on Saturday, February 10th at St. Paul of the Cross – 10970 Jack Nicklaus Dr, North Palm Beach, FL 33408 at 5:00 pm. Knights and Dames are invited to wear robes and process. There will be a Reception following the service at the home of Mitzi and Cyrus Freidheim. Invitations requiring an RSVP will be mailed in advance.
The World Day of the Sick is a feast day of the Roman Catholic Church which was instituted on May 13, 1992 by Pope John Paul II. Beginning on February 11, 1993, it is celebrated every year in commemoration of Our Lady of Lourdes.
