Description

Knights and Dames of the Illinois area participate in 3 primary events at Little Sisters of the Poor, St. Mary’s Home, which includes a Mass and Anointing of the sick each February, a summer barbecue, and an August Rosary Procession. The Little Sisters of the Poor are an international congregation of Roman Catholic women religious who serve the elderly poor in over 30 countries around the world.

Activities Members Are Involved In

Knights and Dames commit 3 to 4 hours to each event at St. Mary’s; assist residents during Mass and processions, cooks, and serves meals.
