| Description |
The kitchen, operated by the Divine Providence Sisters, answers the call to feed the hungry by currently serving 300-350 hot lunches in a Houston city neighborhood to hungry men, women, and children five days a week, 50 weeks per year. |
| Activities Members Are Involved In |
Members help to prepare food for the day, as well as prep food for following days as needed. In addition they serve the meals during a one hour lunch time and clean up kitchen for next day’s crew. Time allotment is 5 hours: 8 am- 1pm. |
