Philadelphia Area Members Celebrate Mass and Prepare Meals for the Homebound

On Saturday, June 4th, members of the Philadelphia Area gathered for the First Saturday Salve Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. Fr. Daniel Bowen O. de M. presided over the Mass with Fr. Matthew Phelan, O. de M., as concelebrant.

Following the Mass, Knights and Dames shared a quick brunch and held a business meeting to discuss upcoming events for the Area. After prayer, they rolled up their sleeves, donned their red aprons, and got busy doing the Lord’s work, preparing meals for shut-ins in the community. This is a regular activity for the Philadelphia Area.
