In June, the NYC Area’s monthly Malta Walk moved to its new location at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in midtown. Once a month, usually on the third Wednesday, a group gathers to put together bags of sandwiches, fruit and personal hygiene items for distribution to the homeless in the neighborhood. 

The move to St. Patrick’s gives the project more visibility, especially with the Youth Group at the Cathedral. Anyone interested in participating in this monthly activity should contact Francesca Tempesta (francesca.t.tempesta@gmail.com), Co-Hospitaller for NYC.
