On September 7th, members of the New Jersey Area gathered at St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church in Hillsborough to observe the feast day of Our Lady of Philermo.

The evening service consisted of a Vesperal Liturgy (evening Vespers followed by the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom), celebrated by Father James Badeaux in accordance with the Eastern Catholic Byzantine rite. Rev. David Skoblow, ChM, concelebrated the Mass, and Msgr. William Fadrowski, ChM, and H. E. Fra Richard Wolff, Ph.D, were also present and sat In Choir. Also present was Joe Mastrangelo, KM, of the Australian Association, who is temporarily residing in New Jersey.

Light refreshments were served later in the church community room.
