New Jersey Area Receives Bishop’s Award at Caritas Gala

On Friday, November 10th the New Jersey Area was presented with The Bishop’s Award at the Caritas Gala, sponsored by the Paterson Diocese Catholic Charities in New Jersey.

Accepting the award for the Order were New Jersey’s Area Co-Chairs: Karol Corbin Walker, Esq., DM and Christine Gorski Myers, DM.

The Bishop’s Award is presented to an individual or organization that has shown exceptional outreach to the sick and the poor; such as, in this case, New Jersey Malta’s backpack program, prison ministry, and mobile ministry.
