In the spirit of healing by the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes, the Northeast Florida Area offered its annual Anointing Mass at San Jose Church on Saturday, February 11th, the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and World Day of the Sick.

Federal and American Association members provided this Feast Day Mass including Asperges, Anointing of the Sick, and special music provided by the celebrated Jacksonville University Choir with string ensemble accompaniment.  

Seven Priests assisted in bestowing this divine comfort on the afflicted, culminating in their reception of the ultimate remedy, Christ Himself in the Eucharist.  As ever, the faithful are visibly moved by this liturgy.
