For this year’s Area Grants Program, the Northeast Florida Area used their allocated funds to purchase and stock food for the food pantry operated by Holy Family Catholic Church in Williston, FL.

Our very own Fr. Anthony Hamaty is the pastor of this lovely parish and it was under his direction that the food pantry was established. There were bare shelves when we arrived and a stocked food pantry when we finished. Our Area is planning two more deliveries before the end of the year to assist the hungry families of this community. 

Fr. Hamaty offered a beautiful Mass for his parish and we were blessed to participate in Adoration and Benediction as well as the Mass. The chalice that he is holding is the one that was presented to him by our Knights and Dames for his ordination.
