On Thursday, October 9th, the South West Connecticut Area hosted its second Heart to Table event at Malta House, bringing together volunteers, moms, and babies for an evening of warmth and community. Together, they prepared a delicious meal featuring lemon and garlic roasted chicken, Parmesan-smashed potatoes, roasted broccoli, and a fresh seasonal greens salad.
The evening ended on a sweet note with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, laughter echoing through the room, and the joyful sounds of baby giggles filling the air. It was a beautiful celebration of togetherness, nourishment, and love. We hope you’ll join us for next month’s gathering!
