On Tuesday, November 18, and Wednesday, November 19, NYC Area Dames, Knights, Affiliates, and friends came together to share the gift of Thanksgiving at two special holiday events hosted at ArchCare’s Terence Cardinal Cooke Health Care Center.
On Tuesday, volunteers served a traditional Thanksgiving dinner to the children and young adults of Mother Cabrini Specialty Hospital, their families, and MCH staff. The following evening, we welcomed the Adult/Geriatric residents of TCC and their families for a festive celebration. The TCC Auditorium was filled with warmth and joy on both nights.
Guests enjoyed live musical performances featuring beloved classics, and after dinner, volunteers joined in dancing and socializing with attendees. Smiles truly became the main course of the evenings.
We are grateful for the privilege of spending these moments with the residents of Mother Cabrini Specialty Hospital and TCC, celebrating Thanksgiving alongside their families and caregivers.
