Mass for the Feast of Our Lady of Philermo at St Thomas More Chapel, 268 Park Street, New Haven.

Father Joseph L. MacNeill, ChD, our Area’s Chaplain, will offer Mass.

Our Lady of Philermo is venerated as the patroness of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. We ask for her intercession and protection on the Order and our CT North East Area.

Serve our Lords the Sick and the Poor at Lourdes in a Day, where we help bring the pilgrimage experience at Lourdes to those who are unable to make it, asking for Our Lady’s intercession and healing. The day includes Reconciliation, Rosary, Washing of hands with Lourdes Water, Mass with Anointing of the Sick, lunch, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Archbishop Christopher Coyne will be the principal celebrant and homilist.

The Holloway Outreach is the hot meal prep and assembly of sandwich bags for Amistad Catholic Worker House New Haven. We meet at 9:30 am to pray the Angelus and set to work at St Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Church, 569 George Street, New Haven, CT.

The Most Reverend Richard F. Reidy, Bishop of Norwich, will celebrate Holy Mass when our members will renew their promise to be members of the Order of Malta and the Bishop will bless new Order of Malta Associates. There will be a brief reception at St. Vincent de Paul Society Middletown before dinner together. Mass will be at 4:00pm at St. John Church, 19 St Johns Square, Middletown.

We join the Dominican Nuns and friends of the Monastery of Our Lady of Grace Monastery for Solemn Vespers, praying the rosary, Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament and procession to the Fatima Shrine. The Monastery is located at 11 Race Hill Road, North Guilford, CT.
