The Most Reverend William Francis Murphy, D.D., S.T.D., L.H.D., the Fourth Bishop of Rockville Center, KC*HS and Conventual Chaplain of the Order of Malta, was called to his Eternal Reward on March 26, 2026.

Members of the Order of Malta, the Order of the Holy Sepulchre, and the Knights of Columbus reverently served as Honor Guards during the Wake Services held on April 6 and April 7 for our beloved deceased member. At Bishop Murphy’s Funeral Mass on April 7, members of the Orders and the Knights of Columbus were honored to participate in the Funeral Procession. May he rest in eternal peace.
