About the Order The Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and Malta is one of the oldest institutions of Western and Christian civilization. The 13,500 Knights and Dames remain true to its principles – nurturing, witnessing and protecting the faith and serving the poor and the sick.

The American Association Founded in 1927 as the first association of the Order of Malta in the Americas, the association is headquartered in New York City with over 2,000 Knights, Dames and volunteers in over 30 Areas working with the poor, sick, and incarcerated and giving witness to the Catholic faith.

Late Knight Karaoke Join the Dames, Knights, Auxiliary and Associates of the Order of Malta in singing your favorite tunes with the residents of Mary Manning Walsh Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. We need singers, bartenders, and anyone with the spirit of joy to bring hope to those who are healing at this amazing ArchCare medical center. Drinks and socialization with the volunteers to follow. NYC Malta Walks
Malta Walks Join us at St. Patrick’s Cathedral Parish House where we will prepare sandwiches and assemble bags for the homeless which will include winter clothing and a food gift card. Then we walk the streets serving Our Lords, the sick and poor. After we are done, around 8:00 PM, we will meet at a pub (exact location TBD) for music and fellowship. Kindly click here to RSVP. |

The White Cross Ball of New York City
Begun in 2015, the White Cross Ball of New York City raises critical funds for the Order of Malta’s global humanitarian efforts, including Malteser International Americas, Holy Family Hospital of Bethlehem, and Malta Camp USA, and has in the past supported Malteser International and the Order of Malta International Summer Camp for young adults with disabilities. The black-tie evening welcomes guests for cocktails and a seated dinner prior to dancing. Click here for more information.

Sing-A-Long at Mother Cabrini Specialty Hospital for Children 10:30 AM Please join us as we sing, dance, laugh, and entertain the disabled children and young adults at the Mother Cabrini Specialty Hospital for Children at TCC for a sing-a-long. A good singing voice is not required—only time, an open heart, and a smile! Participants should come to 1249 5th Ave (between 105th and 106th Street). Volunteers will be at the entrance to greet you, sign you in, and direct you towards our meeting room. Fun hats and costumes are welcome! Kindly click here to RSVP. |
