The American Association Founded in 1927 as the first association of the Order of Malta in the Americas, the association is headquartered in New York City with over 2,000 Knights, Dames and volunteers in over 30 Areas working with the poor, sick, and incarcerated and giving witness to the Catholic faith.

New York City Auxiliary
The NYC Metropolitan Area has a very active Auxiliary Corps made up of younger individuals who live in the city or commute from nearby suburbs. The Auxiliary Corps serves in a very hands-on way the poor and the sick persons we see on our very own streets. The Auxiliary Corps ministries include locations throughout the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester & New Jersey.
