Hotel Accommodations and Meeting Venue

Please note: due to a technical error, the Westin’s website may show the Order of Malta rate as $324 plus tax per night. The hotel is waiving the additional $25 Destination Fee you are seeing when you make your reservation. The appropriate payment of $299 per night plus tax will be deducted when you check out of the hotel.

The Westin has blocked a limited number of rooms from Wednesday, November 13th through Saturday, November 16th at a special group rate of $299.00 per night. The cut-off date to reserve a room is Monday, October 14th. Cocktail Reception and Annual Dinner

The Cocktail Reception and Annual Dinner will take place on Friday, November 15th at Cipriani 42nd Street. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. The cost for Associates, New Members, Members, Guests and Guests of Auxiliary Corps Members to attend the Cocktail Reception and Annual Dinner is $425 per person. The cost for Auxiliary Corps Members to attend is $265 per person. Children ages 13 – 18 are invited to attend — they must pay the Auxiliary price and follow the dress code. 

The special guest speaker will be His Eminence Timothy Michael Cardinal Dolan, BGCHD, Archbishop of New York, Principal Chaplain of the American Association, Bailiff Grand Cross of Honor and Devotion.

Dress Code for Reception and Annual Dinner 

The dress for the Reception and Dinner is white tie and black tails for men, and evening dress for women. All Members of the Order wear the large decoration of the Order of Malta.

Individual Portraits

Studio Eleven Productions will be available during the Cocktail Reception for those who would like to take individual portraits which will be available online to view and purchase. Staff members will be present to direct you to the location of the photographer.
