The CT-SWN Area hosted a beautiful Mass on the eve of the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception at St. Mary Parish in Greenwich. Bishop Frank Caggiano celebrated the Mass and Rev. Michael Jones of St. Mary’s gave a powerful homily about the Blessed Mother which helped to prepare the community for the coming of our Savior.The Mass was followed by an Advent Celebration and Festive Party, which included cocktails, food and great company. During the celebration, guests brought unwrapped toys for a boys and girl ages 7-12. These beautiful gifts were blessed by Bishop Frank and will be shared with those in need at the celebration of the feast of Three Kings in Bridgeport, CT on January 7th. This was a special day and wonderful way to celebrate the beginning of a beautiful Advent Season, spreading joy and love to those in need in the process. We are grateful to Bishop Frank Caggiano and Rev. Michael Jones for their inspiring words and to everyone who participated in this wonderful event.
